proud to spotlight the invaluable work of Age UK Bolton, a charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of older people in the Bolton area.
Age UK Bolton offers a comprehensive range of services tailored for individuals aged 50 and over. From practical assistance like home cleaning and shopping support to emotional support through their "Someone To Talk To" service, they address both the physical and emotional needs of the community.
Their "Home from Hospital" programme provides up to six weeks of free support for those recently discharged, ensuring a smooth transition back to daily life. Additionally, the "Caring for You Too" initiative focuses on supporting unpaid carers, recognising the challenges they face and offering resources to assist them.
